Return & Refund Policy

Our approach
Event services are not products that can be returned, but money matters deserve the same clarity. This policy explains how Brewwell Events Sdn. Bhd. handles deposits, cancellations, postponements and refunds. Your signed service agreement may set out project-specific terms; where it does, the agreement applies.
Deposits
A booking deposit — typically 30% of the agreed fee — secures your date and lets us commit to venues and suppliers on your behalf. Because those commitments are made immediately, deposits are non-refundable once suppliers are contracted, except as set out below.
If you cancel
- More than 90 days before the event: we refund all fees paid beyond the deposit, less any non-recoverable supplier payments already made.
- 89 to 30 days before the event: we refund 50% of fees paid beyond the deposit, less non-recoverable supplier payments.
- Fewer than 30 days before the event: fees are no longer refundable, as the substantial majority of our work and supplier commitments will be complete.
In every case we itemise supplier payments and pass back anything we recover from them.
If you postpone
We would rather move a date than cancel a celebration. If you request a postponement at least 30 days out, we transfer all payments to the new date at no charge, subject to venue and supplier availability, once within twelve months of the original date.
If we cancel
In the unlikely event that we cannot deliver your project for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of all fees paid to us, including the deposit, within fourteen days.
Force majeure
Where an event is prevented by circumstances beyond either party's control — such as government restrictions or natural disaster — we first attempt to reschedule under the postponement terms above. If rescheduling is impossible, we refund all fees except costs already irrecoverably committed, which we document in full.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account that made the original payment, in Malaysian Ringgit, within fourteen days of written confirmation. To discuss any payment matter, contact [email protected] or call +60 12-338 4257.
