Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the brewwell.pro website and set out the general basis on which Brewwell Events Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202101033842 (1429016-P)) of Suite 27-3, Menara Lumina, 12 Jalan Ampang Hilir, 55000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia provides event planning and production services. Specific projects are always governed by a signed service agreement; where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement prevails.
2. Website use
Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. You may browse, link to and quote brief extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the site, scrape its content, or use it in a way that suggests endorsement without our written consent. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. Proposals we issue remain valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise, and indicative pricing is subject to venue availability, supplier confirmation and final guest numbers.
4. Engagements and payment
- Engagements are confirmed by a signed agreement and payment of the booking deposit stated in it.
- Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within fourteen days in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- Client-requested changes to scope are documented and priced before we act on them.
- Third-party costs (venues, caterers, entertainers) are governed additionally by those suppliers' own terms, which we disclose to you.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely decisions, accurate guest information and any brand assets needed for the project, and to hold necessary rights in materials you supply. Delays in approvals may affect timelines and costs; we flag such impacts as soon as they arise.
6. Liability
We carry out our services with professional skill and care. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability for any project is capped at the fees you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud.
7. Events beyond our control
Neither party is responsible for failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions or supplier insolvency. Where such an event disrupts a project, we work with you in good faith to reschedule or restructure it; our Return & Refund Policy explains how payments are treated.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
